Dear customers, we are remaining open during this time and now introducing a safer way to do estimates to maintain health and wellness!

At this time, we are allowing only parts delivery and scheduled customers at the shop.  Please follow these instructions to get an estimate in your PJ’s from home:

To request an estimate please send us pictures of your vehicle including  the view from all four corners plus at least one relatively closeup of the damage, the VIN number, and odometer reading showing current mileage via one of the following:

  • Text to (574) 202-8933.
  • Email to ipc1998@comcast.net.

Be sure to include your information such as name, address, and phone number (or a picture of your registration will do), insurance information along with claim number (if you have already turned it in).

***Please note that estimates are subject to change after the vehicle is seen in person (damage can be difficult to fully show in a picture).

Do I need an estimate?

The short answer is yes, however there are some circumstances where an estimate is not necessary.  You first need to decide if you are turning the repairs of your vehicle into your insurance.  Times have changed and so has the rule of needing 3 estimates before contacting your insurance company.

If you are turning your claim into insurance:

The insurance company will give you direction on what to do next. A lot of times, the insurance will do their own estimate and we will work from theirs and supplement if necessary.

If they have asked you to get an estimate, that is when you will need to come to the shop and get one done.

If you are not turning your claim into insurance, or undecided:

Come by the shop for an estimate on your repairs.

RUST

We get a lot of questions about rust.  If you are wanting to fix rust, please know that it is not a small (or cheap) job!  Once rust has started, it spreads to areas that cannot be seen.  If you are seeing bubbling of the paint, it has spread far and will most likely require the panel to be replaced.

Take this into consideration when deciding whether to fix it, and also note that we cannot guarantee this type of work!

What if I'm only wanting to paint my vehicle or get a general cost of repairs?

There are too many variables to give an estimate over the phone.  We will be happy to assist you during estimate hours.

Did you know?

By law, you have the right to take your vehicle to the repair shop you choose, and for the repairs to be done for a reasonable, rate.  If the settlement given by the insurance seems low, tell them!

We are not a cleaning service. The interior of your vehicle will be returned to you in the same condition it was brought to us in.
